Village: Konohagakure

Hobbies: admiring Naruto from afar? lol
Weapons Or Items:
* Kunai: The Kunai is the most common weapon in the world of Naruto. It consists of a balanced blade with a thin handle, making it good for both throwing at enemies and in mêlée combat.
* Flying Kunai: The Flying Kunai is a specialized throwing kunai. It has no handle, giving it better accuracy when throwing, but reducing its mêlée effectiveness.
* Star Shuriken: The most basic shuriken, used to attack opponents from a distance. It is not used for close combat. The shuriken spins into and injures opponents.
* Smoke Bomb: Just like it sounds, this bomb releases a strong smokescreen.
* Explosive Tag/Flare Tag: This is a note that burns slowly until it consumes the paper which then explodes. This is also called a paper bomb in the english anime.
* Flash/Light Bomb: This bomb is the Nara clans' secret weapon used to temporarily blind an opponent (in a manner similar to smoke bombs) in order to bind the opponent with Kage Mane no Jutsu (Shadow Copy Technique).
Clan/Bloodline or speical power: Hyuua Clan, Byakuugan
Jutsus: Knows all academy jutsu...
# Byakugan,
# Jūken (Gentle Fist),
# Shugohakke Rokujūyon Shō (Protection of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms)
History: Hinata is the daughter and heiress to the Hyūga clan. Since she is the main house's elder child, Hinata is supposed to be the heir to the clan; however, because her father deemed her a lost cause in her early teens - apparently of even lesser skill than her younger sister, Hanabi, and not even comparable to her cousin Neji - and thus he left her in the care of Yūhi Kurenai when she became Hinata's sensei, stating he didn't care if Hinata died on a mission.
Struggling against her low self-confidence and slowly gaining ground, Hinata often has to remind herself to try her best instead of just giving up, like she used to. She has a huge crush on Naruto of which he is completely unaware, and has admired him for his positive and inspiring attitude years before they graduated the academy when he was still regarded by almost everyone else as a good-for-nothing reincarnation of a monster fox. Hinata's strong romantic affections for Naruto seem to be a rather glaring exception, as no other introduced girl of around Naruto's age has displayed anything of the sort for him.
Hinata's purpose in entering the Chūnin exam was to change herself and overcome her own weakness of character. This resolve is tested quite brutally in the third stage preliminaries, when she faces her cousin Neji in a battle. Not only is this an abysmal match-up for her, as he knows her own fighting style better than she does, but he has a bitter grudge against the Main House. He takes this opportunity to belittle her aspiration of changing herself, carrying a rather mentally unbalancing speech tinged with Fatalism with the conclusion that personality traits and ability are determined at birth and ultimately, people cannot change. As the ferocity of the speech and Neji's psychological warfare intensifies, Hinata is practically brought to tears, at which point Naruto shouts for her to stand up for herself. This surprises almost everybody present, including Hinata herself, as Naruto is essentially cheering for a stranger.
Inspired by Naruto's words, Hinata battles Neji and even though it is utterly futile as Neji is simply much stronger than she is, she manages to throw him off balance by the mere act of continuing to fight. She gets up at points where she decidedly should not be getting up, and on the verge of collapse tells Neji that he is confused and suffering within the fate of the main and branch houses. Upon hearing this Neji is driven into blind rage and runs straight at her, screaming, intending to kill her. The Jōnin overseeing the match stop him in time from delivering this final blow, but Hinata is very wounded as it is and must be taken to intensive care.
This fight is the turning point for Hinata's character in general and Naruto's outlook on her in particular; When Hinata declares her nindō - path of endurance in life - to be the same as his, not running away anymore and not going back on her word, he finally understands that she is very similar to him and is fighting the same battle against the impending sense of failure and rejection that comes with being a dropout (or a "loser," to use a more American term). When the fight starts, Hinata is a stranger to Naruto; by its end, he is moved by her resolve and aggravated by Neji's treatment of her to the point where he makes a promise to her to defeat him by clenching his fist around her spilled blood and pointing it at the victorious Hyūga prodigy. As she loses consciousness, she wonders whether she was able to change, even just a little.
One month later during the day of the third stage main matches Hinata sees Naruto again. He got his wish of matching up against Neji, but the strength of his opponent bothers him to the point where rather than heading straight to the stadium, he wanders off to where he first became a genin, lost in thought. He confides in her that his self-doubt is strengthening, and he thinks he only appears strong to her because he's always acting strong to cover up the frustration of his constant failures. Hearing this, Hinata immediately speaks up, telling him that this isn't true and that she thinks of him as a strong person who makes mistakes and learns from them, and that in her eyes he's always been "a proud failure", awing him and curing his self-doubt. Before he leaves, he tells her that he thought she was a shy, dark, weird girl, but he's decided that it's people like her he really likes. He does not, of course, notice that this has sent her into a blushing, shocked reverie (which comically goes undisturbed even when Kiba arrives, puzzling him greatly).
During Naruto's battle, Hinata silently cheered him on. However, when Naruto was struck down by one of Neji's attacks she began to feel pain as well. Kiba exclaims that she hasn't completely recovered from her own battle. An ANBU (Kabuto in disguise) comes in to heal her, much to Kiba's surprise, but she is unable to continue watching the fight. After the battle is over, Naruto wonders if Hinata was watching him.
Curiously, Hinata enjoys a large amount of spotlight in the "filler" arcs created by the anime studio to stall between the Sasuke retrieval arc and the later arcs in the manga. Though it follows the common filler pattern of sending Naruto off to a mission with members of another team, the Bikōchū arc is about her and her development for all intents and purposes, which is very unusual as filler arcs tend to shy away from developments regarding the original cast in order to maintain continuity with the manga.
In this arc, Hinata - who is pained to see Naruto's constant frustration about losing Sasuke - convinces the rest of Team 8 to try to find some way to help him. Shino recalls the existence of the Bikōchū (微香虫, "Faint smell bug" or "scent bug"), a rare insect with a great tracking ability, which, he says, is pretty much their only chance to help, and consequently says that they shouldn't go because the chance of finding this bug is very small. Very uncharacteristically, Hinata insists that they should go and they wind up taking the idea to Tsunade, who agrees to send them off to the mission, even sending Naruto off with them.
During one of the mission's nights, Naruto wakes up to relieve his bladder and has his attention drawn to a nearby waterfall where he notices a naked girl performing a sort of swirling dance, making the water sprout in an orb around her. Awed by this captivating sight he approaches her, asking who she is, only to slip on a rock and fall in the water, alerting her to his presence. He apologizes but there is no response, as she is already gone. This is seen in episode 148.
Though it is quite obvious that this girl was Hinata, Naruto fails to make the connection and later excitedly recounts to Kiba how he saw this "ultra-pretty girl" during the night, embarrassing her incredibly (fans of the show have drawn amused comparisons between the overall mood of the scene and mahō shōjo themes).
After numerous decoys, counter-decoys, traps and other types of underhanded warfare, during which all of the team members come inches from gruesome deaths, it is ultimately Hinata who comes to the rescue. Presumed dead by the Konoha-nin's adversaries, she appears in a crucial moment and nullifies the combined effect of all of the Kamizuru bee swarm jutsu, including a gigantic summon, by means of a new, original jutsu she has developed - Shugohakke Rokujūyon Shō (Guardian Eight Divination Signs, Sixty-Four Palms of the Hand), a technique on par with Neji's Hakke Rokujūyon Shō and Hakke Shō Kaiten (and arguably even better - some fans have criticised the Anime team for coming up with this "overpowered" move). Shino explains Hinata's motives of pushing herself to this level - she did it to be acknowledged by her father and Naruto; and as she drops to the ground from exhaustion Naruto catches her and pronounces her performance "awesome", grinning (though he still does not figure out that the girl he saw earlier was her, training this very technique). Hinata, not unexpectedly, blushes and smiles. Then faints.
Later, when back in the village, the Hyūga clan - Hiashi, Hinata and Neji - are seen sitting together in the clan residence. Hiashi, who has years before disowned his daughter, asks her how the mission went, to which she responds, smiling, that it was a complete and utter failure (which it was, seeing as the tracking potential of the bug was later lost owing to unfortunate circumstances involving Naruto and the release of Methane). Quite surprised by this change of attitude, Hiashi smiles and tells her to do her best, and the arc ends with the smiling Hyūga clan and her staring up at the sunlight and resolving to always strive to become stronger. This concept is largely not filler; the manga similarly deals with the healing of the Hyūga clan and Hinata's ever-strengthening resolve..
In a later filler arc, Tsunade decides to send Naruto, Hinata, and Kiba on a mission to retrieve a box that a man is looking for. However, there is a catch: due to the fact they failed in both the Bikōchū and Bounty Hunter missions, if the 3 genin fail once again, they would be sent back to the academy. Fearing for their ninja status, Naruto and Kiba spend much of the trip bickering about who is lagging down who, while Hinata quietly watches, not wanting to get in the way. As a result, Hinata gets a nasty cut on her leg while following Naruto's brazen way of pathfinding.
They are soon trapped in a cave by the man who was supposed to have hired them, and the man's children proceeded to use a jutsu that allowed them to copy the faces and bodies of Naruto, Hinata, and Kiba. This jutsu is apparently potent enough to escape detection by smell. Before leaving, the cave is rigged with explosive notes that will crush the 3 real genin. However, Naruto, Kiba, and Akamaru manange to free Hinata from her ropes via biting, and Hinata proceeds to use Shugohakke Rokujuyon Shō to deflect the debris from the explosion. After momentarily fainting again when she got too close to Naruto, Hinata frees Kiba, who uses Gatsūga to dig them out. Once on the outside, all three of them realize their lack of teamwork was what had made this mission become almost a failure. It was decided that Naruto and Kiba would run ahead to the village and stop the imposters while Hinata would go her own pace. Upon returning to the village, Hinata finds that all is well and that the imposters were actually hired by Tsunade to test their skills; however, she found out too late to stop herself from giving Naruto a Jūken after Naruto forgot the sign that was suppose to indicate he was the real Naruto.
Their mission does end in success. It turned out this mission was a ploy to increase and improve their teamwork skills. Most importantly, they don't have to worry about losing their status.
Hinata's vow to become stronger turns out not to be empty; like the rest of the "rookie nine", she passes the exam and becomes a Chūnin during Naruto's absence. She makes her Naruto II debut in Chapter 282, blossoming into a young woman, sporting longer hair and her pining for Naruto only magnified by his long absence (to the degree she can't even bring herself to greet him, opting to hide instead and fainting when he rather loudly detects her after she makes a cry of surprise, or perhaps fright) as he says hi to her she faints again. It is as of yet unknown how her skill changed during the two and a half years Naruto was gone as she has yet to show any new techniques; it is reasonable, however, to assume that she has attained at least the skills she has shown in her anime Part I conclusion, as the Anime having her make progress that is inconsistent with later events in the manga would cause obvious continuity issues when the anime catches up to these events. It is possible that she is unsure of herself since she hasn't had a chance to talk to Naruto in the past two and a half years. After all, he is the one who gave her the courage to believe in herself.

It was raining for the second day in a row. Hinata sat in the corridor on the wooden floor of the main house and sighed, looking out into the courtyard where her younger sister was squatting next to the koi pond, umbrella being twirled in her hands. She hadn't seen Naruto in at least a week and she had begun to get curious as to where he was. Sakura was gone as well. Maybe they're just on a mission. She thought. Then...why was Kakashi-san still around?
"What are you doing Hinata?" A voice said.
Snapping out of her daze she looked up only to see her cousin, Neiji, standing there. Blushing, embarrassed she stood up. "I-I was just watching over Hanabi." She said with a smile. Neiji baely arched his eyebrow but continued on past her. Hanabi looked up and began to walk over toward her sister, "Oneesan, what did Neiji-san want?"
Hinata smiled, "Nothing. Are you ready to head back in?" At her sister's nod they both turned and went back inside to have some hot tea.
Side Note: Yeah I decided for Hinata lol. She's more me anyway.
